Terms of service

Effective date: 27 October 2026

These terms describe use of Crockery Town's CTOS / Crockery Town CRM service and connected customer-service channels. The service is operated by Crockery Town. Questions can be sent to m4moeed@gmail.com.

Purpose of the service

Our channels support product inquiries, quotations, orders, customer support and follow-ups. Staff access to CTOS is restricted to authorized accounts. Customers do not need a CTOS staff account to contact our business through a connected channel.

Responsible use

Provide accurate information relevant to your inquiry. Do not impersonate others, send unlawful or abusive material, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service. Authorized staff must protect their account credentials and use customer information only for their assigned business responsibilities.

Orders and communications

A message, automated acknowledgement or quotation does not by itself confirm an order, payment or stock reservation. Relevant prices, availability, payment, delivery and return conditions must be confirmed as part of the transaction. These terms do not replace the terms supplied for a particular order or any applicable consumer rights.

Connected platforms and availability

Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and any other connected platforms have their own terms and policies. Channel access, response features and delivery depend on those platforms and our configuration. Messages may be delayed or fail; contact us again if an urgent inquiry has not been acknowledged. We do not promise uninterrupted service or instant replies.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. To request deletion, follow our data-deletion instructions.

Misuse and changes

We may restrict access or communications where needed to address misuse or protect the service. Changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
