Privacy policy

Effective date: 27 October 2026

Crockery Town operates CTOS and Crockery Town CRM to manage customer service, sales inquiries, orders and related business operations. This policy describes how information is handled when you contact us or interact with our connected business accounts.

Information we receive

Depending on the channel, permissions and features in use, we may receive your name, channel-specific account identifier, public profile information made available by the platform, phone number, email address, messages, comments, attachments and message timestamps or delivery information. We also keep information you provide about inquiries and orders, together with agent notes, follow-ups and service activity.

Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp information is received only through authorized connections and the access allowed by Meta. Availability of a channel or feature depends on its configuration and approval. This policy does not mean that every channel is active.

How we use information

Platform information is not permission to send unrestricted marketing messages. Any marketing use must follow applicable consent requirements and platform rules.

Access and sharing

Authorized staff access information for their assigned responsibilities. Information may be processed by hosting, communications and other service providers used to operate these services, and shared where necessary to fulfill an order or comply with a lawful requirement. We do not sell customer information.

Meta and other channels process information under their own policies. Removing an account connection from CTOS does not delete information held independently by those platforms.

Storage and security

We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed where our hosting and service providers operate, including outside your country.

We retain information as needed for customer service, orders, recordkeeping, security and applicable obligations. The appropriate retention period depends on the record and its purpose. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized; backups may retain copies until their normal replacement cycle.

Your choices and deletion requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records where required for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention or other applicable obligations. See our data-deletion instructions for how to submit a request.

Website operation

The CTOS sign-in service uses session and security cookies. These public policy pages do not embed advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Hosting systems may record technical information such as IP addresses and request times for operation and security.
