Data-deletion instructions

Effective date: 27 October 2026

You can request deletion of personal information held by Crockery Town in CTOS / Crockery Town CRM, including information received through our connected Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp business channels.

Submit your request by email
m4moeed@gmail.com
Subject: CTOS data deletion request

What to include

  1. Your name and the channel through which you contacted Crockery Town.
  2. The relevant phone number, email address or Facebook/Instagram profile name or link so we can locate your records.
  3. Whether your request covers all personal information or a particular conversation or record. An approximate conversation date or order reference can help.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details or identity documents with your initial request.

What happens next

  1. We review your request and verify that it relates to you, using the original contact channel or proportionate additional information where needed.
  2. We identify the relevant records and review any retention obligations.
  3. We delete or anonymize information that can be removed and reply to explain the outcome and any records that must be retained. You can follow up using the same email thread.

Requests are reviewed by staff; sending an email does not instantly erase records. We handle requests without undue delay and in accordance with applicable requirements.

Records that may need to be retained

Some transaction, accounting, security, dispute or fraud-prevention records may need to be retained. Where this applies, we explain the limitation and restrict use to the relevant purpose. Backup copies may persist until normal replacement and remain subject to restricted access.

Meta accounts and platform copies

This process concerns information held by Crockery Town. It does not delete your Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account, messages in another person's account, or records held independently by Meta. Use the relevant platform's privacy settings for those requests. Revoking app access does not itself erase records already received by Crockery Town.
